Job Description

Level Infinite's NExT Studios seeks a Senior System Planner with 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years in system planning and leading multiple product system modules from planning to launch. Responsibilities involve collaborating with the lead planner and producer to build game systems and gameplay loops, designing core systems (equipment, character progression, SOC home building), modularizing large systems for efficient allocation, reviewing design proposals, and creating differentiated core experiences to enhance product competitiveness. Strong understanding of game mechanics, numerical balancing, and level design are crucial, along with the ability to adapt to various team dynamics and workflows.

Must have:

8+ years experience, 5+ years in system planning
SOC game design expertise
Core mechanics design & analysis
System workflow creation & management
Numerical & level design understanding

Good to have:

Experience with successful game launches
Experience in other related fields

岗位职责

NExT Studios，名字源自「New Experience and Technology」，旨在鼓励创意研发，关注前沿技术，制作呈现差异化、高品质、有口碑的内容体验。先后出品的游戏包括《彩虹坠入》《疑案追声》《不思议的皇冠》《重生边缘》等，曾荣获Webby、IGF、SXSW等多个国际奖项或提名。目前除续作研发外，另有数款知名IP手游在研中。加入我们，做纯粹的好游戏！

1、协助主策划与制作人搭建完整的系统框架与玩法循环，并对外围系统进行补充。
2、负责游戏内诸如装备及养成、SOC家园建造等最核心的系统及玩法设计。
3、够依据设计需求，将庞大的系统进行模块化拆分，方便后续设计工作的具体分配。
4、针对子系统的具体设计方案提出设计要求，并对完成案进行审核，确保其符合设计目的。
5、负责核心体验的差异化内容设计，以提升产品竞争力

岗位要求

1、8年以上的工作经验，5年以上系统策划岗位经验，且主导过多款产品系统模块从规划到落地的完整经验。
2、具备SOC类产品的核心规则和机制的设计方法论，能够主导设计底层核心规则。
3、对核心功能\规则\机制的设计有足够的判断力，能清晰的分析出设计的优缺点及存在的问题，并提出指导意见。
4、能够依据不同团队的特质，协助主策划和制作人搭建系统层面的开发工作流，并确保流程的顺畅。
5、对数值、关卡也有较深的了解，具有多个方向上协助其他同学共同搭建构架的设计能力；
6、了解产品类型的核心特质，并有深度理解，可以依据产品定位提出优化和迭代设计方案，以凸显产品特色
7、参与的同类产品有获得优秀运营数据者优先
8、有其他方向的中高级工作经验者优先
