Job Description

Level Infinite seeks a Senior Product Planner to plan, promote, and oversee the usage of C-end and B-end systems for overseas accounts. Responsibilities include in-depth analysis of overseas account capabilities and user needs, competitive analysis, and creating high-availability product plans and solutions. The role requires close collaboration with multiple teams to launch, test, and iterate products, and to develop and implement effective marketing and training programs. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in internet-related system product planning, a deep understanding of human-computer interaction, and strong cross-team communication skills. Experience with overseas B-end products and proficiency in English are essential.

Must have:

5+ years experience in product planning
B-end product background
Strong communication & analytical skills
Proficient in product prototyping tools
Data-driven product iteration

Good to have:

Native English fluency

岗位职责：
1、为IEGG海外账号相关C端和B端系统相关功能规划、需求推进、推广使用负责；
2、产品规划：深入了解、分析海外账号的能力、边界，结合用户需求分析，海内外竞品分析，提供高可用性的相关产品规划及问题解决方案，拆解各模块规划，梳理清晰的阶段目标并明确关键提升指标；
3、需求推进：跟多方团队紧密协作，引领并推进产品规划的逐步上线、验证、迭代，并及时调整后续规划方向；
4、推广覆盖：整合运营和产品能力，总结、沉淀、输出各个阶段系统、产品上线、使用方案，梳理使用文档及指南，对用户进行产品使用培训、推广，并联各方团队，利用当资源，进行系统的运营推广落地、监测、方案迭代。

Requirements:

岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，5年以上互联网相关系统产品策划工作经验，熟练使用至少一款产品原型工具，对人机交互、产品可用性有深刻理解；
2、具备海外B端产品背景，掌握复杂产品和系统设计经验，对B端系统有深刻认知；
3、具备较强的逻辑思维、数据分析、项目管理、能力，擅长跨团队、部门沟通能力，有抗压能力和责任心，能以数据驱动、迭代产品；
4、热爱游戏，表达能力强，思维灵活，有较强独立分析、解决问题能力；
5、具有一定的英文办公能力，英语沟通能力强者优先。
