1.对游戏行业充满热情,具有3年以上游戏策划经验,二次元游戏阅历丰富; 2.对有二次元文化、主流二次元游戏有深刻了解;具备二次元品类产品开发策划经验者优先; 3.有较强的沟通能力,执行力和责任心;具备良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神。
