Job Details
- 1.负责微信内相关业务团队的HRBP工作及重点项目的落地与推动执行； 2.深入业务，能理解及洞察业务对HR的需求； 3.与公司及BG function协同，并整合资源推动部门组织能力的建设； 4.协助管理层进行团队发展，人才管理，组织氛围建设等，确保公司及WXG的工作方式及管理导向在部门的落地。
- 1.有3年左右HR工作经验，扎实的专业功底； 2.业务敏感度高，有较强的独立思考能力和HR洞见，能结合业务情况系统性思考提升组织能力； 3.人际理解力，整合资源能力和主动推动能力强，有成长性思维，愿意承担挑战并有长期主义心态。
