1. Create the overall vision of the games, including designing gameplay, characters, content, interface, aduio assets, stories, and overall game structure.
2. Define game features and how they interact.
3. Collaborate with the development team, art team and other related teams, create prototypes and refine designs to ensure an enjoyable player experience, pacing, content pipeline, monetization and retention mechanism.
