3D Artist

Timeshare Resales Hawaii is a well-established company in the real estate industry, specializing in providing clients with top-quality timeshare resale services. We are currently looking for a talented and creative 3D Artist to join our team. As a 3D Artist, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and highly realistic 3D renderings and animations to showcase our properties and enhance the overall customer experience.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Marketing and Design teams to bring our vision to life through the creation of 3D models, textures, lighting, and animations. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their proficiency in 3D modeling, rendering, and animation, as well as a passion for creating visually appealing and engaging content.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and lighting for use in marketing materials and presentations
• Produce high-quality, photo-realistic renderings and animations of interior and exterior spaces
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Design teams to develop innovative ideas and concepts
• Ensure all 3D assets adhere to established standards and guidelines
• Optimize 3D assets for performance and efficiency
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in 3D modeling and rendering techniques
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, animation, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience as a 3D Artist or in a similar role
• Proficient in industry-standard 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., Maya, 3ds Max, Blender)
• Strong portfolio showcasing your 3D modeling, rendering, and animation skills
• Experience with lighting and shading techniques
• Knowledge of composition, color theory, and typography
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
