Job Description

The Accelerated Growth Consultant at Google Customer Solutions focuses on driving business growth for Google's advertisers in the Alpine market (Europe, Middle East, and Africa). Responsibilities include exceeding quarterly growth targets, building and managing sales pipelines, developing and executing effective marketing strategies, consulting with executive clients to achieve online marketing goals, and leveraging Google's full suite of marketing solutions (YouTube, Google Search, Display Network). The role requires fluent English and German communication skills and a strong understanding of online media. The ideal candidate will possess experience in advertising, business development, or marketing, and a proven track record of success in exceeding quotas.

Must have:

2+ years experience in advertising/marketing
Fluent English and German
Client relationship management
Exceed quarterly growth targets
Develop marketing strategies
Consult with executive clients

Good to have:

Experience in start-up environment
Marketing campaign planning & execution
Strategic thinking & problem-solving
Strong investigative skills

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience in advertising, business consultative, business development, online media environment, or in a marketing role.
Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in hunting, acquisition, and within a start-up environment
Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.
Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media business context and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
Ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fluid environment.
Excellent investigative skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver against quarterly business and product growth targets, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding experience to Google's advertisers within Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
Build and manage a pipeline through proactive identification of high-potential business in addition to partnership with Google's Marketing teams.
Establish relationship via phone calls or e-mail marketing and design effective marketing strategies using expert product knowledge and deliver outstanding customer business experience to drive long-term success for Google's customers.
Consult with executive clients to achieve national and international online marketing and business goals through utilising the full suite of Google’s marketing solutions e.g., YouTube, Google Search and Display Network platforms.
