The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for executing regional/nationwide sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with merchants in their territory, and providing advice based on their needs. They will prepare sales forecasts, analyze market trends, and regularly review merchant performance. They will also create reports on activities in their respective areas. The AE will work as a team, visiting merchants regularly and providing advice to increase transactions.

Must have:

2 years relevant experience in FMCG/Telecommunication industries.
Strong network and knowledge of the region is a plus.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key partners.
Strong business sense and understanding of markets and customers.
Fact-based and number-oriented individual.

About The Role

Account Executive (AE) is mainly responsible to execute Regional/Nation-Wide Sales strategy within their areas and also build & maintain relationships with the network of all merchants in their territory including regular visits upon assigned leads. They should understand what the merchant needs and provide advice upon it.

What You Will Do

Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; set transaction targets in areas like product mix,sales volume, market shares in their territory

Analyze consumer behavior, market insight, field situation, and market trend in their territory

Regular review leads merchants (i.e. monitor merchant growth, transfer merchants to new categories, competitor activity, etc.)

Provide advice to the merchant based on valid data analytics result in order to increase number of transaction

Create regular report to what's happened in their respective areas toward Regional/Nation-Wide company strategy

What You Will Need

2 years relevant experience with preferable industries: top 5 FMCG / Telecommunication company;

Preferably has spent significant time (>1 year) in representative area and has strong network and knowledge about the region will be a plus;

Has existing relationship or able to bridge, develop and maintain good relationship with key partner;

Strong business sense and have good understanding of the markets, customers, and competitors;

Fact-based / number-oriented individual, who is comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

About The Team

Account Executive (AE) will work as a team within a certain area. Ideally, an AE regularly visits assigned merchants to see what really happened on the ground as well as providing necessary advice to them in increasing transaction overtime.
