• Job Summary
  As a Analyst 3D Creative, you will play a key role in creating compelling 3D visual assets for a variety of projects for Lowe’s Private Brands; working closely with our Product Engineers, Senior Industrial Designers and Development Leaders. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for 3D design to work on diverse projects and contribute to our growing portfolio of work. The ideal candidate will have atleast 2-5 years of professional experience in 3D modelling with strong surface modelling capabilities, experience in developing technical drawings, texturing, lighting, and rendering

• Roles & Responsibilities
  
  Core Responsibilities:

• 3D Modelling – Translate product concept sketches into detailed and accurate high-quality 3D models of products, environments, props, and other assets based on project requirements.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Collaborate with our US stakeholders, Senior Industrial Designers, Development Leaders and other team members to understand project requirements and develop creative solutions.

• Attention to Detail –

  • Follow design guidelines and maintain consistency in style and quality across projects to meet client expectations.

  • Take accountability of assigned tasks/projects and ensure accuracy to deliver high-quality output while keeping project deadlines and milestones on priority.

• Continuous Improvement –

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions to design challenges.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve skills and workflows.

• Years of Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in relevant field.

  • Strong grip on Windows interface.

• Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)
  
  Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
    (e.g., Computer Animation, Visual Effects, Game Design, etc.)

• 
  Skill Set Required
  
  Primary Skills (must have)

• Proven experience as a 3D CAD Generalist, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, animation, and rendering.

• Expertise in industry-standard software such as

• Solid Works (**REQUIRED**)

• V-Ray

• Adobe Illustrator

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe AfterEffects

• Adobe Animate

• PTC Creo

• Autodesk 3Ds Max and/or Autodesk Maya

• Blender or Cinema 4D

• 
  Solid understanding of lighting, shading, and rendering techniques to achieve realistic and visually appealing results.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

• Passion for creativity and innovation, with a desire to push the boundaries of what is possible in 3D design.

Secondary Skills (desired)

• Mid-Level familiarity with softwares such as

  • SketchUp

  • Figma

  • Adobe tools such as PremierPro and Audition.

• Presentation softwares.

• Interest in emerging technologies such as virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR).
