- Work Timings: 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM IST (Aligned with Australian Time Zone)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to project teams on issues, lessons learned, and tool adoption, ensuring
- accurate and timely project metrics.
- Collaborate with Operations and Finance to enhance financial forecasting accuracy.
- Analyse project performance and reporting trends, communicating key metrics.
- Deliver regular project status updates, recommending corrective actions to meet cost and
- timeline goals.
- Ensure project-specific tracking, forecasting, and cost reporting.
- Manage project cash flows and update forecasts throughout the project lifecycle
- Specialised extensive experience in project controls having direct accountability for cost and
- forecast management, cost, change and contingency controls, budgeting and reporting for
- projects and programs
- Generating reports to identify projects that are above budget
- Reviewing generated report of the project Labour and material costs Vs estimated
- costs to report exceptions to divisional managers
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Strong understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Leadership and team-building abilities with strong relationship skills.
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Expertise in project control tools and reporting systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong financial acumen with analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with PMBOK and industry standards.
- Detail-oriented and customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project controls software.
