The Salesforce Physical Security Operations team works diligently to protect our people, spaces, and brand. We are seeking a technically competent, passionate, and trustworthy professional who is interested in taking an active role in supporting the on-site activities of Salesforce Paris as well as the French area. The Physical Security Associate Manager is an office based role. This position will report to the Regional Manager, Physical Security Operations and be responsible for the continued development and implementation of a comprehensive physical security program. This position may require some domestic travel to support interdepartmental meetings or other locations within Europe as requested. **PrimaryResponsibilities:** Serve as the Physical Security Operations within the assigned AoR Oversee the maintenance of critical physical security programs including access control provisions, guard force staffing, and enterprise risk management policies Lead first response and threat-management efforts when necessary Support safe onsite events, community meet-ups, and in-person training activities Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders as well as local Law Enforcement agencies Mitigate workplace violence through proactive local intelligence collection, development of policy, and coordination with internal business partners Assist with the investigation of incidents within the assigned AoR Conducts security-related training and employee/contractor orientations when required Other duties as assigned Carry on missions according to local legislation. Be informed of potential legislation changes and update the process accordingly. Keep tools and documentation updated. Writes and submits formal security-related documentation such as incident reports, Risk assessments, sites survey, investigations documentation, security programproposals/recommendations,and other formal written communication as required. Tracks Security Operations case metrics throughout France portfolio and identifies trends impacting Salesforce facilities and employees. Attend meetings, professional seminars, or conferences to keep abreast of changes in executive legislative directives or new technologies impacting security operations. Maintain knowledge of current developments in area of expertise.
Must have:
  • 5+ years experience in physical security or related field
  • Supervisory experience
  • Teamwork and independent work capabilities
  • Strong computer skills
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Experience building or managing a comprehensive physical security program
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and use of our business solutions
  • Experience working across multiple subject areas and geographies
  • Certification CPP or equivalent

The Physical Security Associate Manager is an office based role. This position will report to the Regional Manager, Physical Security Operations and be responsible for the continued development and implementation of a comprehensive physical security program.

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the Physical Security Operations within the assigned AoR

  • Support safe onsite events, community meet-ups, and in-person training activities

Professional Experience / Skills Required: 

  • Overall experience of 5 + years in a supervisory capacity within a physical security program or closely related services in the public or private sector.

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented management environment with the ability to work independently

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, complex situations, a diverse team of employees and client requirements on an ongoing basis 

  • Develop and provide effective and engaging security training materials to team members and business partners.

  • Strong computer skills

  • Fluent in French and English both verbal and written


 

Professional Experience / Skills Preferred: 

  • Experience building or managing a comprehensive physical security program

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and use of our business solutions

  • Experience working across multiple subject areas and geographies

  • Certification CPP or equivalent
