Balance Planner Team Lead - LOST ARK Mobile
Job Summary
Job Description
Smilegate RPG seeks a seasoned Balance Planner (Team Lead level) for their Lost Ark Mobile project. Responsibilities encompass designing and managing the mobile MMORPG's combat and economic balance, including data input and maintenance. The ideal candidate possesses at least 10 years of relevant experience, expertise in combat and economic balance design, and a strong understanding of mobile MMORPG core loop design. Additional responsibilities include overall reward system design and content lifecycle planning. Proficiency in tuning and addressing balance issues is crucial. Prior experience from initial development to launch and live operation, and extensive Lost Ark gameplay, are highly valued.
