The Booking Agent at Grand Hotel Parker's manages all online and offline hotel operations, including rooms and F&B services. Job Description

  • Management of online and offline operations for the entire hotel (rooms, F&B outlets, and all hotel services)
  • Update room availability on main systems;
  • Collect as much information as possible about the guest and share it with other departments of the facility (front office, housekeeping, etc.) to ensure a quality stay;
  • Enter reservations into various operating systems;
  • Constantly interact and interface with the revenue department to promote bookings and ensure the best room occupancy.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in the Booking department at luxury hotels
  • Fluent knowledge of English and French
  • Sales-oriented mindset, with a focus on converting inquiries into closed sales.
  • Passion for hospitality and customer focus
  • Ability to anticipate operational needs and willingness to take an active and responsible role in the team.
  • Listening skills, empathy, and team spirit
