Building Management and Infrastructure Supervisor

This role involves supervising and coordinating a team of technicians in various building and infrastructure maintenance areas at the Gigafactory in Berlin-Brandenburg. Responsibilities include planning and assigning tasks, conducting regular inspections, developing maintenance plans and procedures, integrating plans into CMMS, collaborating with other departments, managing spare parts inventory, providing team leadership and training, and managing issue resolution via an internal ticketing system. The ideal candidate will have a relevant technical diploma or equivalent experience, proven supervisory experience in facility management, strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office and relevant software. Compliance with German laws and regulations is crucial.
