Content Creator Program Manager

Intrepid Studios is seeking an experienced Content Creator Program Manager to take on responsibility of building relationships with content creators and contracted talent on behalf of Intrepid Studios. This specialized role works in close partnerships with our integrated marketing and community teams to identify and support content creation opportunities with content creators and drive engagement among Intrepid’s fans and viewers. The ideal candidate is driven, a student of brand marketing and communication, knowledgeable about Intrepid Studios’ products and possesses a proven track record of building positive content creator relations in the entertainment industry.

This position will demand a high level of creative vision, platform and industry knowledge, relationships and communication expertise, and ability to drive impact and measure results.

Responsibilities

• Research and provide recommendations of appropriate content creator/ talent and entertainment opportunities for Intrepid Studios’ projects
• Develop and manage ongoing partnership activities with content creators across all social media platforms
• Create engagement opportunities both in-person and online, targeting influential current and future fans of Intrepid Studios
• Recommend programs and formulate contracts that can encompass a wide range of activations, including social media, online content creation and in-person appearances
• Draft and negotiate talent and entertainment contracts, coordinating with team members, talent representation and the legal team
• Maintain a high level of professionalism – create and give talent recommendations and other presentations to senior executives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with talent agents, managers and publicists
• Monitor and keep abreast of industry news, generate and share trend reports
• Track content creator and talent obligations and ensure fulfillment
• Negotiate PR obligations in talent contracts
• Create and manage project budgets
• Work with team members to manage and facilitate payment of talent

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, business, or a related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum three years of experience in content creator marketing, public relations, and/or brand management
• Demonstrated track record of activating content creator partnerships from start to finish
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Familiarity with social and digital marketing; experienced with social media and content creator tools and programs 
• Voracious appetite for consuming news and keeps abreast of pop culture and social media trends
• Keen understanding of content creation with an eye for identifying target-right talent and content creators
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, manage up and drive critical priorities
• Able to travel both domestically and internationally, and work nights and weekends when needed

The Legal Bits:

We offer competitive pay based on market standards plus a significant annual bonus structure. The base salary for this role is between $66,000 - $92,000, depending on skills and experience. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors.
