Job Description

The Coordinator, eCommerce & Artist Services at Famehouse (a UMG division) supports Republic Collective labels (Republic Records, Mercury, Island, Def Jam, and Imperial). Responsibilities include coordinating eCommerce campaign activity, maintaining store calendars (Monday.com), collecting campaign setup details, compiling logistical information for product launches, tracking product requests, assisting with music ordering, creating eCommerce pitches, taking meeting minutes, and distributing reports. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a passion for eCommerce, music, and merchandise. Experience in music/entertainment or eCommerce is preferred.

Famehouse is seeking a driven individual to join our teams as a Coordinator, eCommerce & Artist Services, supporting the labels across the REPUBLIC Collective (Republic Records, Mercury, Island, Def Jam, and Imperial). The Coordinator will play a key role across our campaigns, organizing details & managing campaign & product setup information flow to ensure everyone across the Famehouse team has the information needed to successfully execute each campaign.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, can thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can juggle the coordination of information for many different cross-functional teams. A passion for eCommerce, music & merch products, and engaging superfans is strongly preferred!

How you’ll CREATE:

  • Coordinate eCommerce campaign activity across functions
  • Maintain store calendars in Monday.com, ensuring all information is current, accurate, and updated in a timely manner
  • Collect and organize campaign set up details, working with multiple cross-functional team members including Label, Famehouse, and Bravado teams, to ensure everyone has all pertinent information for store and product deadlines to meet launch dates.
  • Compile and track necessary logistical information for new product/program launches (SKUs, product titles, product descriptions, etc.).
  • Submit and track product comp requests for stakeholders, artist management, sweepstakes prize winners, influencers etc. and communicate tracking with label
  • Assist in music ordering and track upcoming street dates to ensure timely deliveries
  • Assist in creation of eCommerce pitches and product / marketing presentations that are to be delivered to label partners, brand managers, and artist managers.
  • Take meeting minutes & distribute reporting internally and with label teams

Bring your VIBE:

  • 1-2+ years of relevant internship or full-time work experience, preferably in music & entertainment or eCommerce
  • Passion for music, merchandise, and D2C is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
  • Meticulous attention to detail and follow through
  • Extremely organized with superior time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight schedules while maintaining production of high quality work
  • Pro-active is your middle name. Excellent at providing information to team members before they even get the chance to ask you for what they need.
  • Self-accountability to follow-through with proper consistent updates to stakeholders
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, Slack, and Google docs
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Experience with Shopify preferred
  • Experience using Monday.com is a major plus
  • Strong interest in learning more about eCommerce Operations and eCommerce Marketing
  • BA degree in related field preferred
