We’re hiring a Project Manager / Account Manager to support a high-profile, fast-paced team — this remote-friendly position is ideal for a polished, client-facing professional with strong project management skills and executive presence.

In this exciting opportunity, you’ll play a critical role in managing high-level communications and driving creative projects forward for one of our leading clients. If you thrive in dynamic environments, can seamlessly shift between priorities, and are experienced in working directly with C-suite stakeholders, this role could be a perfect fit. Flexibility is key, as the workload may vary between 20 to 40 hours per week depending on project needs.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring a polished and professional presence with executive-level stakeholders

• Create, manage, and maintain detailed project timelines

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers and creatives

• Track deliverables and manage project milestones

• Support operations and communication across internal and external teams

• Open and navigate creative files as needed to support project tracking and organization

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in project management, client services, or account management

• Exceptional communication skills with a strong executive presence

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Experience working with creative teams and an understanding of creative workflows is a plus

• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once

• Comfortable working remotely; NYC-based candidates preferred for occasional in-person meetings

*To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
