The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience managing large-scale technical projects, excellent communication skills, and a structured, strategic mindset. They will be responsible for ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery, facilitating alignment between multiple teams, and mitigating potential risks.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a highly organized, strategic, and experienced Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments. You will play a key role in driving high-impact initiatives that power advertising experiences across our consumer products. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage multiple cross-functional projects, align stakeholders, and bring clarity to complex initiatives.
You should be comfortable working in a dynamic setting, bringing clarity to evolving projects while ensuring stakeholder alignment at all levels, including directors and above. If you have 5+ years of experience in project management, with expertise in Atlassian tools, and can handle complex engineering initiatives with high visibility, we’d love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the execution of key projects across the Consumer AdTech ecosystem, including consumer-facing products, ad systems, campaign management tools, reporting systems, and data initiatives.
- Bring structure and organization to fast-moving, chaotic environments by implementing best project management practices.
- Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies while ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Facilitate alignment between multiple teams and high-level stakeholders, including directors and above.
- Use Atlassian tools effectively to track progress, create dashboards, and report project status.
- Develop and refine processes for greater efficiency, transparency, and accountability in project execution.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact project delivery.
- Communicate clear, actionable updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5-10 years of project management experience, preferably in technical or engineering-related fields.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale technical projects in complex, unstructured environments.
- Experience working with Atlassian tools for project tracking and reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to work with directors and above, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent risk management and problem-solving skills with a structured, strategic mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to navigate high-visibility projects and drive collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
