ProbablyMonsters is looking for a Senior Creative Services Producer to manage creative assets production across multiple titles. This role involves organizing schedules, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication within internal teams and external stakeholders. The producer will refine creative production practices for marketing and in-game initiatives. Responsibilities include leading asset production, building project schedules, establishing processes, collaborating with teams, organizing reviews, and tracking budgets and milestones. The goal is to ensure clear visibility, accountability, and smooth execution of creative projects.
Must have:
  • 5-10 years of experience producing for games, film, or advertising.
  • Experience building and managing relationships with teams and vendors.
  • Excellent communication, time, and project management skills.
  • Recent experience shipping console & PC titles.

THE ROLE:   
    
ProbablyMonsters is seeking a Senior Creative Services Producer who is experienced in managing the production of creative assets across multiple titles, organizing schedules, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication across internal teams and external stakeholders. This position will help refine creative production practices across a variety of marketing and in-game initiatives.
 
    
WHO YOU ARE:   
  • Comfortable managing multiple creative projects and/or workstreams simultaneously
  • A specialist in driving cross-functional creative efforts, from strategic planning to tactical execution
  • A capable problem solver who navigates competing priorities while keeping deliverables on track
  • Excellent at building relationships and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Skilled at working across a range of disciplines including design, video, narrative, and marketing
WHAT YOU WILL DO:   
  • Lead the production of creative assets across multiple titles, including in-game content and external marketing deliverables
  • Build and maintain project schedules from concept through delivery, ensuring clear visibility and accountability
  • Establish and improve processes, drive alignment across disciplines, and create standardized documentation to support predictable outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with internal creative leads, marketing, legal, and other support teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution
  • Organize and manage review processes for creative assets, facilitating feedback and approvals across stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain detailed tracking documentation, including asset spreadsheets, schedules, and project reports
  • Track budgets, timelines, and milestones, working with discipline leads to mitigate risks and maintain scope
  • Facilitate effective communication across the organization, ensuring transparency and strong cross-team relationships
  • Contribute to team-wide growth by improving processes and sharing production knowledge
QUALIFICATIONS:    
  • 5-10 years of experience producing for games, film, or advertising
  • Experience building and managing relationships with development teams, vendors, internal teams, and external resources
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), time and project management skills.
  • Recent experience shipping console & PC titles and detailed knowledge of those platforms
  • Ability to assess quality and foresee challenges at all phases of product development
  • Expected to identify and then take ownership of any responsibilities that lie within the scope of the project and are not currently assigned
