  • Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required for this role.
  • This will be a contractor role for up to 30h/week with the intend of moving full-time.

A Day In The Life

  • A Creative Project Manager will be assisting in all things related to project management, data entry and analysis, and overall ensuring our Asana workflows and fields are up to date. This may include additional Project Management trainings and may expand into supporting any of the three pillars within the creative department: Strategy, Production, and Post-Production

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day to day management of creative tasks, deliverables and deadlines. Including:
    • Maintain steady communication about deadlines and any issues that may arise throughout project life cycles
    • Progressing tasks
    • Updating data / fields
    • Following up with strategists on brief creation status
    • Following up with content creators on footage delivery status
    • Following up with editors on asset delivery status
    • Manage relationships with freelance & contractor talent
  • Update large data sets based on data pulls from various creative tools and softwares, including:
    • Deliverable trackers
    • Hourstack reports
    • Asana dashboards
    • Nova dashboards
  • Attention to detail and accuracy when creating and managing any data entry and analysis
    • Data Accuracy - ensure accurate filled into our various internal documents and tools
  • Flexibility to help support the team in various ways as the need arises
Role Requirements

  • Clear & concise written communication
  • Advanced in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Advanced in Self-management & Managing Project Timelines
  • Proficient in Creative & Advertising Terminology (i.e. concept, creative brief, aspect ratio, graphics, voiceover, UGC, testimonial, iteration, variation, revision, reference, disclaimer, SKU, etc.)
  • Proficient in navigating Project Management tools, Asana is a plus
