Fliff unpacks sports gaming into social, free-to-play games for all types of sports fans. We've built a social sports gaming experience that allows users to compete for leaderboard positioning, to achieve badges and build their status within the game.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have excellent communication skills. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be our players' first point of contact, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting customers via email through addressing inquiries, resolving raised issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction for every contact.
- Providing quality service to sports betting customers and maintaining a positive and player-focused attitude, even when dealing with their concerns.
- Handling and managing the Zendesk volume of tickets and being able to respond efficiently.
- Maintaining friendly and professional attitudes with internal customers to ensure smooth working relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Customer Support Representative or in a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both in written and oral
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
- Knowledge of sports betting is a plus
