The Customer Support Specialist (電話客服顧問) at Tesla Taiwan provides 24/7 support to vehicle owners. Responsibilities include answering inbound calls and emails regarding technical support and roadside assistance, educating owners on vehicle operation, providing technical solutions, exceeding customer expectations, escalating concerns to relevant parties, and accurately recording data in CRM/Vehicle Support Systems. The role demands exceptional communication skills, technical aptitude, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. The position requires a high level of professionalism and the ability to handle diverse inquiries efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive ownership experience for Tesla customers.

• Deliver highest level of customer support by answering inbound calls and emails, on
technical support and roadside assistance related inquiry in a 7*24*365
environment
• Educate our owners so they have optimal confidence in the operation of their vehicle
• Provide workable technical solutions in a professional manner, exceed customer expectation, ensure every aspect of ownership is a true pleasure
• Communicate or escalate owner's concern to relevant parties for further follow up whenever necessary
• Accurately record issues and data into CRM/ Vehicle Support Systems
