Job Description

The Tesla Delivery Operations Specialist in Taichung City plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities include assisting Delivery Advisors with customer requests, managing delivery documents (IDs, coordinating with Customs, Government, and Registration partners), updating the CRM system, supporting the Delivery Manager, and contributing to process improvements. The role also involves handling post-delivery customer service requests, such as EV tax refunds. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail, working closely with various internal and external stakeholders to achieve efficient and timely vehicle deliveries and post-delivery support.

The Tesla Delivery team is committed to providing the best Ownership Experience possible to our customers. This position is a great opportunity to join a world class expanding technology company and assist our Delivery Advisor with document support and coordinate license plates with registration vendor to serve customers and help them to take ownership of their new vehicles. And after delivery the role also need to arrange customer after service as tax refund or other request from customer.


Responsibilities
• Helping Delivery Advisor with customer request.
• Sorting delivery document from customer such as IDs and coordinate with Customs, Government department , Registration partners…etc to follow our schedule.
• Regularly update the CRM system to ensure accurate and timely delivery information is available to management.
• Support the Delivery Manager in delivery center operations, task completion and ensuring superior customer service.
• Contribute ideas toward improving the Tesla delivery experience, as well as back end processes and procedures.
• Helping to apply EVs tax refund process to offer customer service.
• Keep up with industry trends and best practices.
