Job Description
The Parts Advisor at Tesla Taiwan's service center is responsible for managing parts inventory, handling inquiries (phone and email), ensuring efficient support for after-sales service and parts supply. Key responsibilities include accurate record-keeping in the dealership management system (DMS), resolving supplier issues (shipping and packaging), tracking repair times and costs, and negotiating delivery schedules with suppliers. The ideal candidate possesses a fundamental understanding of automotive maintenance and repair, experience in parts and materials management, familiarity with DMS and MS Office software, and excellent written communication skills in English and Chinese. At least three years of experience in materials and logistics management is required.
Must have:
- Parts inventory management

- Excellent English/Chinese writing

職務說明： • 回覆相關問題來電及電郵 • 接收及運送不同物資和管理庫存，以有效支援售後服務及零件供應 • 準確而詳細地記錄問題到經銷商管理系統 • 分析和解決所有內外供應商的運送及包裝等問題 • 詳細地記錄維修或跟進時間、費用及物料使用。 • 與零件供應商議定運送物料及時間，並定時更新報告 • 執行其他被指派的相關任務職責描述其他條件: • 對汽車維修保養等技術知識有基本概念 • 具有零件, 物料管理相關經驗 • 了解基本汽車操作、設備和維修方法 • 明白經銷商的業務流程 • 能操作DMS系統及MS Office 軟件 • 至少3年物資和物流管理經驗 • 良好的英文及中文書寫能力
