About the role
Appier is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field. The HRBP will support one major function globally, contributing to the organization's development and helping drive business growth. The role involves collaboration with global colleagues, leaders, and the entire HR team to align strategies and goals with Appier's overarching business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic HR advisor to functional leaders, providing guidance and support in developing and implementing organizational strategies that align with business goals.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) such as Talent Acquisition, Rewards, and Learning, as well as HR operations teams to enhance employee engagement, talent management, and development.
- Implement and execute key people programs and initiatives, ensuring seamless integration across the business and HR functions.
- Develop organizational strategies to bridge gaps between current capabilities and future business needs, enhancing performance.
- Support cultural alignment and change management within the function, enabling managers to foster the desired workplace culture.
- Improve employee experiences and engagement through innovative HR solutions and effective consultation.
- Utilize business acumen and ethical judgment to safeguard company values and assets, assess risks, and address issues proactively.
- Support company-wide organization projects. Prepare people data and workforce analysis to drive business decisions and people strategy.
About you

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and business analytics.
- Demonstrated ability in managing projects within a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Experience with HRIS and proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in using data to inform HR decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with all levels of the organization.
