As a Delivery Executive in Google Cloud Professional Services, you'll lead large-scale transformational projects for Google's strategic clients, leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to drive significant business value. Collaborating with cross-functional executives and technical leaders, you'll oversee planning and deployment of GCP solutions. You'll also work closely with Google partners and Global Delivery Center teams. Responsibilities include program oversight, building trusted customer relationships at the CxO/Board level, managing stakeholder communications, building high-performing delivery teams, defining delivery strategies, and implementing continuous improvements. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and program management skills across Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience delivering transformation programs in leadership, communication, and implementing delivery strategies to accelerate cloud adoption.
  • Experience in program management in environments using Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate in Arabic and English fluently in order to interact with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
  • Experience in account management, client service, or management consulting while working with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party teams to deliver successful cloud solutions.
  • Experience in planning and delivering cloud solutions in Public Cloud (Google Cloud Platform) or hybrid environments.
  • Ability to define and implement delivery strategies to accelerate cloud adoption.
  • Ability to succeed in an evolving an ambiguous environment.

As a Delivery Executive, you will work directly with Google’s most strategic customers on large transformational engagements underpinned by Google’s Cloud Platform (GCP) to drive business value for those customers. You will work with Google's cross-functional executives and key technical leaders to oversee the planning and deployment of solutions via GCP.

You'll also work closely with key Google partners, GSI and niche, and our Global Delivery Center teams currently servicing key accounts. The Delivery Executive plays a leading role in delivering our most complex, multi-team, transformational engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and coordination of GCP programs at engagements, including management of benefit realization and the coordination of capabilities to enable effective change and deliver projected benefits.
  • Provide delivery leadership and develop trusted customer relationships to CxO/Board level. Define and align strategic delivery and business value objectives, results, and shared delivery roadmap(s).
  • Manage communications with all stakeholders (technical and business) while providing transparency across the engagement, visibility of progress against desired outcomes, and timely updates.
  • Build a high performing delivery team across functions and locations by breaking down problems into manageable pieces. Enable delivery by creating clarity from ambiguity, structuring, or sequencing to maximize value and remain open minded to pivot if needed.
  • Define criteria for control and management of deliveries or engagements, advocate delivery, process, and seek and implement continuous improvements.
