You’ll focus on providing subject matter expertise in restructuring, redundancy, and exits as well as providing guidance on due diligence requests.

Scope of Responsibility:
Policy Management
Build and sustain an effective process and discipline around policy management
Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure governance and discipline
Build scheduled review of the policies & processes and keep abreast with changing employment law landscape and gather industry intelligence
Enhance employee experience through effective management of employee policies
Ensure all information is up to date from an audit and compliance standpoint
Grievance management:
Administer grievance redressal mechanism as per the firm’s policies and ensure responsible reporting
Drive diligent documentation and tracking in relation to case investigations
Partner with Talent Consultants and HC Operations to effectively manage and evolve processes to enhance employee experience
As required or necessary, partner with OGC and other HC team members to assess impact and risk to the company.
Coordinate with stakeholders to effectively manage transitioned cases and ensure appropriate documentation. And timely closure
Additional responsibilities:
Responsible for analysis and reporting of ER matters, as appropriate
Must Haves for the Role
Bachelor’s degree, other specialized training in labor/employee relations is a significant plus.
Basic understanding of employment & labor laws in India is preferred
Ability to handle confidential information in a mature and professional manner
Proven attention to detail & organized
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Ability to make good PowerPoint presentations would be an added advantage
Acts with sense of urgency, bias for action, fast pace, and desire to thrive in a dynamically growing environment
Be a team player and have the ability to manage a high-pressure environment plus think through the right approach to issues
Proven ability to team, collaborate, build, and maintain relationships.
Range of Impact:
At least 5 years direct experience in employee relations, with a strong background in workplace investigations
Understanding and exposure of conducting and managing corporate investigations of complex and confidential workplace complaints.
Ability to handle highly sensitive information with absolute confidentiality
