As a Technical Producer at Riot, you will lead passionate technical teams to create products and experiences that maximize both developer and player value. You’ll be responsible for guiding development, clearing blockers, and driving projects to completion, all while fostering a sustainable and collaborative team environment.
As a Senior Technical Producer in the Chemtech Platform organization, you will be supporting engineers and operators on the Build Test Ship team. You will lead the team that enhances the developer experience around building, deploying, and releasing new features while ensuring a high global release quality for League of Legends and Teamfight Tactics. You will be a key driver of strong delivery processes within the team and ensure smooth collaboration with external teams. In this role, you'll manage product backlogs, oversee delivery, build work systems, maintain execution, and provide leadership with visibility on complex deliverables. You’ll also ensure your team operates at a sustainable pace and continuously improves. You will report to the Senior Manager of Technical Production on Chemtech Platform.
