Role Overview

They are seeking an exceptional Executive Virtual Assistant with strong sales skills to seamlessly integrate into their dynamic team. You must possess excellent communication skills, excel in email management, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. You will be adept at making calls, managing travel logistics, and handling both administrative and sales-related tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently handle all phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, including negotiating deals and ensuring follow-through on key tasks.
  • Oversee and optimize their email management systems, ensuring prompt responses and top-notch organization.
  • Craft and maintain detailed documentation, and design compelling presentations using Figma and Google Slides.
  • Plan and manage travel itineraries, reservations, and logistics with ease.
  • Assist with lead generation, pipeline building, and scheduling meetings, leveraging CRM tools like Lemlist and Hubspot.
  • Help build reports, presentations, and automations using Make.com.
  • Support the leadership team in various capacities, handling high-level administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates with 5-7 years of VA experience, particularly with a focus on sales.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills, negotiation skills, and email management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Slides, Make.com, Lemlist, Calendly, and Hubspot, along with travel management skills. Design skills in Figma are a huge plus.
  • Self-motivation and autonomy with strong soft skills.
  • The ability to present yourself professionally on camera and connect effectively with investors.
  • A talent for diligent follow-up and keeping the team accountable.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in scheduling, calendar management, and task prioritization.
