Full Stack Developer

Job Summary
As a Full Stack Developer at Synechron within the CM Digital team, you will leverage your expertise to develop, support, and manage release activities for strategic initiatives across various business functions. This position requires hands-on coding, design, and technical solution architecture, as well as engaging in code reviews and adopting emerging technologies. Your contributions will drive the development of comprehensive end-to-end solutions, enhancing Synechron’s capability to deliver leading digital solutions in the capital markets domain.

Software Requirements

• Required:
  • Proficiency in React, Redux, RxJS, and Node.js for scalable application development.
  • Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design and testing with Swagger.
  • Familiarity with relational databases, specifically MS SQL Server.
• Preferred:
  • Experience with Unix and Windows environments, Node, Nginx configuration.
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence.
  • Familiarity with no-SQL databases like MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Redis.
  • Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP) and microservices architecture.

Overall Responsibilities

• Drive architectural discussions, enforce code structure, quality, patterns, and standards.
• Collaborate with business owners and project managers to ensure deliverables achieve business results.
• Recommend system solutions, provide cost estimates, and work with teams to meet timelines.
• Ensure cutting-edge user experience and interface design, partnering with UI/UX leads.
• Facilitate product adoption through demos and feature planning during early project stages.
• Build customer-focused applications emphasizing software engineering and design excellence.
