The ideal candidate possesses at least 12 years of experience leading a general affairs team, a proven ability to identify and solve employee needs, a history of improving workplace conditions, and excellent communication skills. Experience in the gaming or IT industry is highly desirable, particularly within large organizations (800+ employees).
