Job Description
Smilegate RPG, a leading developer and operator of online MMORPG games, seeks a seasoned General Affairs Manager (Team Leader level) to oversee all aspects of administrative operations. Responsibilities include managing office environments, overseeing company assets (vehicles, equipment), planning and executing internal events, and providing comprehensive support to executives and staff. The ideal candidate possesses at least 12 years of experience leading a general affairs team, a proven ability to identify and solve employee needs, a history of improving workplace conditions, and excellent communication skills. Experience in the gaming or IT industry is highly desirable, particularly within large organizations (800+ employees).

자격요건
- 총무 관련 경력 12년 이상으로, 총무조직을 리딩한 경험이 있으신 분
- 구성원의 니즈와 불편사항을 빠르게 캐치하여 개선해 보신 경험이 있으신 분
- 근무 환경 개선을 위한 다양한 시도 및 실행 경험이 있으신 분
- 원활한 커뮤니케이션 역량을 바탕으로 구성원들과 적극적으로 소통하시는 분
필요역량
- 적극적이며, 성실하고 꼼꼼하신 분
- 창의적인 문제 해결 능력이 있으신 분
- 원활한 대인 관계 및 커뮤니케이션 능력을 갖추신 분
우대사항
- 게임회사 또는 IT기업에서 총무 업무를 경험해 보신 분
- 800명 이상 규모의 기업에서 총무 업무 전반을 총괄해 보신 분
- 탁월한 서비스 마인드를 보유하고, 강한 책임감을 가지고 업무에 임하시는 분
