Team Introduction
Performance & Incentives (P&I) are powerful tools for furthering the company's strategic goals. A robust Performance & Incentives (P&I) strategy influences the organization's ability to attract and retain the best talent, while creating a strong alignment of individuals' interests with the organization's strategic goals. The Performance & Incentives team at ByteDance, therefore, are constantly benchmarking and striving for the best practice & return on investment in developing competitive C&B policies. The Performance & Incentives team works on a lot of interesting problems. Whether it is developing new world-class compensation policies, diving deep into market research, analyzing big data and benchmarking. The Performance & Incentives team work on a lot of cool and exciting projects to come up with the best ways to serve our organization. Given the nature of our work, it also creates huge opportunities for collaboration with departments in and outside of the HR organization.
Responsibilities
1. Market Research on relevant best practices in all of our operating markets globally to ensure external competitiveness, and legal compliance;
2. Participate in the design and review of global mobility plans and policies for our employees, including both short-term and long-term assignments, as well as relocation requirements etc;
3. Annual/Semi Annual review of relevant total rewards offerings and guidelines;
4. Perform other duties as assigned, including internal stakeholder management and implementation of other related projects.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. BA/BS degree or higher educational background;
2. Has experience in Total Rewards or/and Global Mobility background;
3. Fluency in English is required.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Strong analytical capabilities: Analyze trends, surveys, and spreadsheets to determine C&B strategies, able to work well with complex data sets;
2. Excellent communication skills: Be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and business leaders;
3. Experienced working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a tech firm.
