The Data Minds Career Program is a 20-month international journey designed to fast-track recent graduates into exciting careers within Stibo Systems. Through three rotations (including one abroad), you’ll gain hands-on experience, a global mindset, and a powerful professional network. 

You’ll join with other graduates, be assigned a mentor and buddy (a former graduate!), and follow a development path focused on both personal and professional growth. From day one, you’ll be solving real business challenges and shaping the future of data management. 
 

Track: Delivery 

This track is designed for graduates with a technical mindset who are curious about how complex systems work and enjoy solving technical challenges. It’s perfect for someone who enjoys both the technical and the collaborative side of technology — someone who can explain complex things in a simple way and thrives in a dynamic environment. 
 

During your three rotations, you’ll explore these areas: 

• Rotation 1: Application Support (Denmark) 
  Join our Global Support team, where you’ll help monitor customer accounts, manage incidents, and communicate technical solutions in a clear and user-friendly way. You’ll also learn how SLAs are defined and presented to customers. 
   

• Rotation 2: SaaS Services (Denmark) 
  Support our technical migration project teams by participating in client transitions to our SaaS platform. This includes database setup, data migration, and technical solution configuration. 
   

• Rotation 3: Technical Project Manager (Atlanta) 
  Work alongside our technical project managers to coordinate customer projects, contribute to writing statements of work, and help manage client escalations — developing your ability to lead and deliver in a technical project setting. 

What We Are Looking For 

• A technical interest and curiosity about how complex systems work 

• Strong communicator, able to explain technical concepts to different audiences 

• Comfortable working with both technical and customer-facing teams 

• A team player who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments 

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is a plus 

• Basic understanding of OS concepts / Linux / Windows systems administration (CentOS, RedHat, Windows Server, etc.) 

• Cloud certifications or interest in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus 

• Ability to perform technical analysis and troubleshooting
