Beghou Consulting is seeking a GTM Program Specialist to enhance clarity and execution within commercial and go-to-market functions. Reporting to the Director of Growth Strategy & Operations, this role acts as a strategic program partner, shaping ideas, connecting teams, and ensuring follow-through on impactful projects. The specialist will gain visibility and influence across marketing, sales enablement, commercial intelligence, proposals, design, and operations, aiming to optimize the commercial engine for speed and alignment. The ideal candidate thrives in cross-functional roles, enjoys structuring strategy, and is adept at problem-solving.
Must have:
  • 3-5 years experience in marketing, strategy, or related fields
  • Strong written communication and synthesis skills
  • Proactive, figure-it-out attitude with comfort in ambiguity
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and conflicting priorities
  • Comfort in high-trust environments with minimal micromanagement
Good to have:
  • Support Growth Director in GTM initiatives
  • Translate high-level ideas into structured workstreams
  • Own specific projects like sales playbooks
  • Identify roadblocks and coordinate stakeholders
  • Draft and improve internal narratives and strategy decks
  • Support cross-functional readiness for campaigns and launches

We’re hiring a GTM Program Specialist to help drive clarity and execution across Beghou’s commercial and go-to-market functions. You will directly to the Director of Growth Strategy & Operations and acts as a strategic program partner - helping shape ideas, connect the dots across teams, and ensure follow-through on high-impact projects. You won’t own a single vertical, but you’ll have visibility and influence across many: marketing, sales enablement, commercial intelligence, proposals, design, and operations. The goal is to help our commercial engine run smarter, faster, and with better alignment. We'll trust you to:

    • Support the Growth Director in shaping and executing GTM initiatives across teams.
    • Help turn high-level ideas into structured workstreams across marketing, enablement, research, and proposals.
    • Take ownership of specific projects - from sales playbooks to campaign coordination to internal GTM documentation.
    • Identify roadblocks and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to keep initiatives moving.
    • Draft, review, and improve internal-facing narratives, strategy decks, and updates.
    • Support cross-functional readiness for campaigns, launches, and strategic projects.
    • Collaborate with marketing, commercial enablement, and design to bring together inputs and drive clarity

You'll need to have:

    • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, strategy, communications, research, or cross functional execution roles.
    • Strong written communication and synthesis skills - you can turn chaos into clarity.
    • A proactive, figure-it-out attitude. You’re curious, action-oriented, and unafraid of ambiguity.
    • Ability to work across stakeholders and manage conflicting priorities with calm and structure.
    • Comfort working in high-trust environments with minimal micromanagement.
