Job Description
The Senior Insurance Business Analyst will be responsible for business analysis within the Commercial Property & Casualty insurance industry. The role involves hands-on experience with Guidewire Policy Center and policy administration solutions. Responsibilities include writing business and functional requirements, creating user stories, and developing business process diagrams and data rules. The analyst will also be involved in reviewing, reengineering or developing IT solutions for business process/improvements automation. Experience with Agile methodologies, SDLC, and PMLC processes is also required.
Must have:
- 10+ years of business analysis experience in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance.
- Experience with Guidewire Policy Center.
- Experience with integration to external systems.
- Strong experience with policy administration solutions.
- Experience with agile methodologies; working knowledge of SDLC & PMLC.
- Hands-on experience writing business requirements, functional requirements.
- Knowledge and experience in reviewing IT solutions.
Good to have:
- Experience with visualization tools is beneficial.
- Experience with troubleshooting system issues.
