The Implementation Consultant will be responsible for facilitating the implementation of a CRM solution for Australian and New Zealand customers within the Fitness and Wellbeing vertical. This includes managing the full cycle of software implementation, establishing relationships with stakeholders, developing migration scripts, conducting presentations and training sessions. Additionally, the consultant will gather information, perform gap analysis, configure the CRM, and provide regular updates to customers. This role offers an opportunity to impact customer experiences and contribute to the growth of Xplor.

About the opportunity

 Join our Fitness and Wellbeing vertical as an Implementation Consultant in Melbourne to make a real impact every day. Reporting into Senior Software Consultant, you will help us facilitate the implementation of a CRM solution for our Australian and New Zealand customers, from the initial scoping of customer engagement to final installation. Some of the other responsibilities include:

  • Deliver a full cycle software implementation plan for customers, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to project timelines. 

  • Establish trust, transparent relationships, and effective communication with key internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Develop/adapt migration scripts to enable data from Xplor owned or 3rd party CRM platforms to be migrated to Xplor Gym or Clubware. 

  • Manage application delivery and conduct presentations during the implementation process to demonstrate product capabilities and functionalities. 

  • Conduct discovery meetings to gather information and perform gap analysis on the existing system, identifying areas for improvement and customization. 

  • Configure the Xplor Gym/Clubware to align with customer's specific business processes based on the outcomes of the discovery phase. 

  • Conduct regular meetings with customers to provide status updates and progress reports on the implementation projects. 

  • Conduct web-based application training sessions to train users on Xplor Gym/Clubware and its functionalities. 

  • Review and assist in the creation of training materials, ensuring they are comprehensive and effective in educating users. 

  • Participate in product improvement sessions, providing valuable insights and feedback based on customer interactions and implementation experiences. 

Location: In this position, you can work from home 100% in Australia, provided you have full working rights. However, preference will be given to Melbourne where our office and majority of the team are based.

 Required qualifications for this role:

  • At least 2 years of relevant software training experience ideally in the Fitness & Wellbeing / Gym Industry  
  • Advanced understanding of software systems – ERP, CRM, Member Management etc 
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
