Job Description

The New Business Sales Account Executive, UKI, based in Dublin, Ireland, is responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and relationship management for six months post-closure. This role requires building a new business pipeline by identifying and engaging new clients, collaborating with internal teams (Sales Development, Onboarding, Agency, and Marketing). Success involves acquiring business agreements through various sales techniques (outbound prospecting, consulting, pitching, etc.) and utilizing Google's marketing solutions (YouTube, Google Search, Shopping, etc.) to help clients achieve their marketing goals. The role is crucial for Google's continued growth, focusing on high-potential advertisers and contributing to the overall success of the Google Customer Solutions team.
Must have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Good to have:
  • Advertising/consultative sales experience
  • Digital advertising sales experience
  • Experience managing client/agency relationships

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in full life-cycle sales.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development.
  • Experience working in the digital advertising sales industry.
  • Experience building a book of business and securing new customers while hitting goals.
  • Experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full business cycle from prospecting to closing, managing the relationship for another six months after closure and working closley with our account team to drive sustainable performance.
  • Build a pipeline of new business by identifying and initiating relationships with new clients, working in partnership with our Sales Development, Onboarding, Agency and Marketing teams.
  • Acquire business agreements through outbound prospecting, consulting, educating, pitching, closing, and relationship management.
  • Consult clients to achieve domestic and export online marketing and business goals utilizing the full suite of Google’s marketing solutions (i.e., YouTube, Google Search and Shopping, etc.).
