Job Description

This role involves conceptualizing and developing game ideas from inception to launch. Responsibilities include defining the overall planning direction based on current game trends and past player data; creating and implementing game events and new content to diversify user experiences post-launch; and working closely with business and related departments. The ideal candidate is proficient in game development, passionate about game design, and possesses strong problem-solving skills in areas like combat, character growth, economy and balance across different game genres. Experience with Unreal Engine, Unity, and Google Sheets is required. While frontend development is the primary focus, understanding of backend systems is a plus.

Must have:

Proficient in game development
Passionate about game design
Experience with Unreal Engine, Unity, Google Sheets
Strong problem-solving skills
Able to collaborate effectively

Good to have:

Experience with various game genres (casual to AAA)
Understanding of backend systems
Ability to provide and receive feedback
Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs)

게임의 본질적인 재미를 탐구하고 다양한 콘텐츠를 기획하는 데 관심이 있는 분을 찾습니다.
장르별 적합한 전투, 성장, 경제, 밸런스 등 핵심 구성요소들에 대한 끊임없는 고민이 가능한 분을 찾습니다.
언리얼, 유니티, 구글 시트 등 게임제작 툴 활용 능력을 보유하신 분을 찾습니다.

우대사항

특정 장르에 관계 없이 다양한 게임 (캐주얼~AAA 등)을 즐겨하는 분이면 더 좋습니다.
해당 공고는 기본적으로 프론트엔드 개발만을 염두하고 있으나, 백엔드에 대한 이해도도 함께 겸비한 분이라면 더 좋습니다.
