Integrated Marketing Program Manager

We’re seeking an Integrated Marketing Program Manager for a global tech/device company in a contract position that may require a hybrid schedule in the Los Angeles area.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a world-renowned brand's promotional strategy by leading the development and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns. In this role, you’ll work across multiple channels, collaborate with internal and external teams, and help drive measurable growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns throughout the year to drive sales and engagement, with guidance from senior team members.

• Coordinate limited-time offers across channels to attract new customers and increase demand.

• Develop campaign briefs, work-back schedules, and comprehensive deliverables lists.

• Refine processes and documentation based on campaign learnings and performance insights.

• Manage external agency relationships and serve as the first point of review for creative assets.

• Support the brand’s promotional strategy and deliver measurable sales impact.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

• 5+ years in integrated marketing program management for a recognized brand or agency account management role.

• Proven experience managing marketing programs from concept through launch, including analysis and optimization.

• Expertise in developing cross-channel campaigns (e.g., email, social, digital, video, podcast, broadcast).

• Skilled in creating strategic, actionable project plans and high-quality creative briefs.

• Proficient in project management tools such as Asana, JIRA, Whimsical, and MS Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and experience upholding brand consistency and creative standards.
