Creative Program Manager

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a Creative Program Manager for a manufacturer of smart home devices.  

You’ll join the Product Experience team to manage digital product development. This is a 6 month opportunity. The role is located in Hawthorne, CA and is Hybrid. 

Creative Program Manager Responsibilities: 

• Manage intake, scheduling, approvals, and recaps across leadership levels.
• Lead end-to-end program strategy using agile and sprint methodologies.
• Align stakeholders by clarifying constraints and optimizing time-to-market.
• Identify project blockers, create mitigation plans, and communicate updates.
• Coordinate internal and partner teams to ensure aligned priorities and smooth execution.

Creative Program Manager Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, or related field.
• 4+ years in design operations, project, or program management in consumer electronics or CPG lifecycle management.
• Skilled in project tools (Asana, Jira, Workfront) and Microsoft Office.
• Background in artwork localization and consumer documentation.
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence across teams.
• Proven success in delivering complex, cross-functional design programs.
• Experience improving design systems and tooling processes.
