Get to Know the Role 

As a Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will be at the heart of Grab's operations, bridging the gap between Business, Product, and Engineering. Your role involves managing a wide array of complex, cross-functional programs and leading all facets of assigned program deliveries.

You will shape the Delivery Roadmap in collaboration with the respective Tech and Product leaders. You will embody the role of a servant leader, identifying and removing impediments faced by the team, and driving dependencies to completion.

Your aim will be to refine our tech program management processes in a data-driven manner, overseeing the collaboration process and tools. You will foster an environment that resonates with Grab's values. You will be based onsite at our Cluj Office reporting to the Senior Technical Program Management Leader based in Cluj-Napoca

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Define and manage technical programs roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Develop program plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to Identify program requirements.
• Manage program progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Ensure program deliverables meet quality, security, and compliance standards.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• 4+ years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on software development and technology integration.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale technical programs on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with program management tools, such as Asana, Jira, or MS Project.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
