The job involves a hybrid work arrangement, requiring in-person presence at a TransUnion office for a minimum of two days per week.
Must have:

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of internal audit principles, practices, and standards.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Impact You'll Make:

  • This role reports directly to Privacy Operations Manager and Senior Internal Auditor, and primarily focuses on data privacy and internal audits.
  • Assist in evaluating the design and operating effectiveness of proposed and existing operations, ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Document key processes and controls during meetings and perform testing to support conclusions.
  • Ensure thorough and accurate documentation to facilitate audits and reviews.
  • Prepare written drafts of audit findings and reports, ensuring clarity and precision.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging risks.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit methodologies and practices.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
