Our client, a dynamic company in Hong Kong delivering premium services across the APAC region, is seeking a skilled developer. As a Senior Developer, you will lead development projects, ensuring seamless integration, security, and performance excellence. Your responsibilities include leading architectural decisions for app performance and scalability, managing seamless integration with RESTful APIs and backend systems, overseeing CI/CD pipeline processes, conducting code reviews, mentoring remote developers, and collaborating with UX/UI designers and Product Managers.
Must have:

What You Will Do
- Lead architectural decisions to ensure app performance and scalability.

- Oversee CI/CD pipeline processes and successful deployments.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor remote developers.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and Product Managers.
- Ensure quality assurance and release readiness alongside the Project Manager.
What You Will Need
- Extensive experience in app development, particularly leading teams in diverse environments.
- Mastery of Flutter, Dart, Next.js (React), and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Proficiency in performance profiling and REST API integration.
- Track record in code ownership, accountability, and quality delivery.
- Expertise in Git-based workflows, CI/CD management, and state management tools.
- Strong understanding of application security and asynchronous data.
