Key responsibilities include designing and optimizing organizational structure, deriving insights for a globalized company in the crypto industry, building online diagnostic tools, and providing solutions to address business challenges to enhance company-wide performance. The director will also collaborate with the Talent Management team and advise stakeholders based on strategic and organizational needs.
