Scorewarrior, a game developer and publisher based in Limassol, Cyprus, is seeking a Recruitment Lead. This role involves developing and implementing a recruitment strategy to attract top talent, optimize processes, and ensure continuous growth within the company. The Recruitment Lead will also be responsible for building a capable recruitment team, improving internal processes, utilizing analytics to inform hiring decisions, and contributing to the growth of hiring competencies. They will inspire the recruiting team through coaching and support and actively recruit for key positions, setting high standards.

Tasks to be solved:

  • Develop and implement an effective recruitment strategy. Anticipate hiring needs and optimize processes to support efficient growth.

  • Ensure continuous recruitment growth in the company.

  • Ensure that the recruitment team is made up of only the most capable and qualified employees.

  • Ensure that changes to the company's recruitment function as needed.

  • Provide the company with the best internal, cross-team, and unified recruitment processes and tools.

  • Ensure that recruitment within the company is measurable. Utilise analytics to inform and drive hiring decisions. Share insights and leverage metrics to ensure effective recruitment strategies.

  • Contribute to the growth of hiring competencies among hiring managers.

  • Contribute to the development of quality hiring values in the company.

  • Inspire our recruiting team. Provide them with one-on-one coaching and support their professional development to enhance their skills and performance.

  • Actively recruit for key positions, demonstrating best practices and setting a high standard for the team.
