The Talent Sourcer will support the Talent Acquisition team by finding and engaging top talent. This role involves building strong candidate pipelines and providing a great candidate experience from the beginning. You will be instrumental in making the candidate journey smooth and engaging. Responsibilities include publishing job openings, finding candidates, maintaining the candidate database, communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders, staying updated on sourcing tools and recruitment technologies, and delivering high-quality results. In the first month, you will onboard, understand the market, study current job openings, and begin recruitment tasks. By three months, you will understand the roles and products and collaborate on building pipelines. By six months, you'll independently manage sourcing for some roles, and by 12 months, you will own the sourcing strategy for a key business area.
