About your team

We are the Marketing Team. We are driving growth in a sustainable way with the aim to become the leading marketplace for gamers. We obsess over merging data driven optimisation, entertainment and creativity. Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute the internal communications strategy for the organization, including key messaging, communication channels, and tactics.
    • Create & deliver communications materials (e.g., weekly newsletter, news, announcements, presentations) to a widespread audience.
    • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications, and adjust communication strategy and plan for improvement based on feedback and data analysis.
    • Identify opportunities to promote employee engagement and help foster a positive company culture, building community.
    • Proactively react, detect and prevent possible crises and support XFN teams.
    • Help online team to connect via supporting teambuildings and learning programs.
    • Manage various scale internal events, celebration and other initiatives to promote employee engagement and strengthen the company culture.

Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in internal communications with global teams of 100 or more.
    • Strong creative thinking skills, evident not only in written copies but also in idea conceptualization and a clear vision for visual expression.
    • Proven record in conceptualizing and executing both: small & large internal events, with a knack for transforming ideas into engaging experiences.
    • Proven track record of building and executing strategy for internal communication in global organizations.
    • Problem-solving and simplification skills with an open attitude and high adaptability to dynamic environments.
    • Extensive understanding of various communication channels, including social media, email marketing, and other coms content forms. 
    • Exceptional storytelling, communication, copywriting, and editing skills, with the ability to convert company strategies into engaging content for employees.
    • Great collaboration skills that enables effective work and communication across a variety of functions and levels.
    • Effective time management and high organizational skills.
    • Excellent spoken and written English.
