Location- Delhi, India

About the Role. As a Senior Software Engineer at Atari, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that power our gaming ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality and engaging experiences for users within our gaming ecosystem. Your expertise in C# is crucial in delivering outstanding experiences, and knowledge of other languages will be a valuable asset.

Responsibilities. ⚫ Consistently hit quarterly goals while embodying the company’s values. ⚫ Develop, maintain, and enhance gaming applications using C# and Angular, ensuring top notch performance, scalability, and user experience. ⚫ Collaborate with designer and other developers to implement features and functionality. ⚫ Contribute to architectural decisions and the overall software development life cycle. ⚫ Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, deployment, and testing processes. ⚫ Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to resolve issues and improve application performance. ⚫ Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following best practices. ⚫ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and gaming platforms. ⚫ Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning. ⚫ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deadlines.

Requirements. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 4 years of professional software development experience with a strong emphasis on C#. • Proficiency in C# and React for web application development. • Strong understanding of software design patterns and best practices. • Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI). • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus. • Solid understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git). • Knowledge of other programming languages is a valuable asset. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for game development. • Effective communication and teamwork abilities. • A portfolio of previous projects or games is highly desirable.
