The Opportunity


This is the position where you have the oppourtunity to architect payment solutions that have a transformative impact. Our team is contributing in different technologies including Web Application, Restful API Engine, Payment Gateway, Mobile Application and beyond, which is a perfect place to learn and grow.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities


  • Business monitoring, coordinate and communicate all Incidents appropriately and effectively internally and externally on a 24x7 basis.
  • Technical or functional trouble shooting.
  • 1st & 2nd line of support, resolve incidents as quickly as possible.
  • Take on Incident Manager role and responsibilities; Communicate and coordinate major incidents
  • Handle defects for our internal & external customers in OLA constraints
  • Environment provisioning
  • Support internal consumers into day2day activities
  • Prepare, deploy changes, functional & technical releases in Preprod and Prod and perform controls.
  • Organize & Maintain technical capacity plan.
  • Review instructions & documentations for support
  • Working in 24x7 shift schedule

ITIL foundations

Payment terminology (Nice to have)

Monitoring tools: Dynatrace, Zabbix, Grafana and ELK Stack. (Operator level)

DevOps tools: Ansible, Puppet and Git (Operator), Jira , Confluence and ServiceNow

Operating Systems : Windows, Linux (Must)

SQL (Oracle & MYSQL) (must)

Experience with JAVA / Wildfly / Python / PowerShell / Bash (Operator nice to have)

Experience with working in a NOC 24x7 environment

MS Office suíte (Excel)
