We are looking for experienced Service Monitoring professional to join a constantly growing and innovative FinTech company where finance and technology meet, producing some of the most low-latency, high-performance and data-intensive systems in the world. As a Service Monitoring Analyst in European Market Operations, you will work with administration of records and agreements and monitoring of services. The role relates to the operations of the Nasdaq Nordic and Baltic exchanges, and you will collaborate with managers and specialists in the European Market Operations department and with the Technology Operations, Compliance, Legal and Group Risk Management departments.

What will you be doing?

  • Assist in the monitoring of ICT services delivered to the Nasdaq Nordic /Baltic exchanges through service or outsourcing agreements as required according to the DORA regulation.
  • Maintaining and periodically reviewing registry of information required by DORA mapped to services to be monitored
  • Maintaining the register of Exit Plans, hosting and documenting test performances.
  • Conducting periodic reviews and maintaining an up-to-date Outsourcing Register.
  • Ensuring periodic service performance meetings, including storage of meeting minutes.
  • Supporting consolidation of service performance reporting to Boards and Risk Committees.
  • Supporting Contract Owners and Business owners with coordination and onboarding of initiatives within the scope of the Outsourcing and ICT onboarding

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in legal, business administration, finance or other related fields
  • Experience in or exposure to contract management and service monitoring
  • Experience or high curiosity about the compliance area
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and cooperate with staff in other departments such as compliance, legal, technical operations and group risk management
  • Experience of compliance rules and regulations in financial area is a plus

Monthly gross salary: 2300 - 2700 EUR, the final salary will depend on candidate's knowledge and experience.
